Little Bodies, Big Benefits
Children’s classes put a kid-friendly spin on traditional poses. This not only promotes safety, but strength and flexibility too! During our time together, we’ll incorporate plenty of play – with fun games like “Heads, Shoulders, Knees, and Pose” and “Yogi Says.”
Yoga classes also present the opportunity for little learners to discover more about the world around them. For instance, “tree pose” becomes a chance to learn about the seasons as we wave our branches and drop our leaves. And the variety of poses modeled after animals gets even the shyest kids engaged – and eager to perfect their moos and meows!
